As a spiritual channeler I offer my advice from my spirit guide but I will not interfere with the clients free-will choices with my readings or the purchases of my services. Any decisions taken by the client are their own choices and responsibilities. 

Any readings/services I offer are not a replacement for medical issues or legal issues. 

I strongly oppose any filming by clients or third parties without my knowledge. I refuse to allow recordings/photos or filming on my website purchases that you or anyone connected to you order under my brand-name or any name, (that I have founded) associated under my readings or products. All of my social media's is included in this, eg, my Instagram and Tiktok. "No filming allowed" under any circumstances. Failure to agree to this will result in legal action. Readings will be terminated without a refund if these rules/terms are not followed. 

If readings are bought as a gift for some-one else the person who received the gift, has 1 year to use the readings, if not, the readings are then forfeited. The person who bought the gift cannot instead use the gift themselves.  

I also have the right not to take on a client if I feel that the energy is off or feeling under pressure to accommodate their needs that go against my core values. I oppose black-mail or manipulation techniques in particular. 

I also have the sole right of my brand name 'messagesdetarot'. It is not to be used or copied in a fraudulent manner. I have the right to invoke legal and technological measures to prevent and penalize copyright infringement.
